EMREM Meeting: “Changing Places” – Studying/Researching Abroad

“Changing Places” – Studying/Researching Abroad

Have you ever thought your thesis could benefit from some research in a foreign library?

Or wondered whether a year abroad might benefit not just your thesis, but your future job prospects?

Or simply asked yourself if “changing places” might just simply be what you are looking for?

Then ponder these questions no more and get them answered in the next EMREM Meeting!

In this upcoming EMREM workshop we would like to give you some idea of what is involved in studying or researching abroad.

Three postgraduate students who have already undertaken part of their studies and research in a foreign country will share about their experiences and provide you with useful tips about finding a partner university, funding, accomodation and any other questions you might have.

All welcome! Tea and biscuits provided.

Wednesday, 18th May

1-2pm

G13, Arts Building

University of Birmingham
